Stress Management & Personal Development
Michael Bland provides courses in most aspects of public relations, communications, and stress/personal development.
Each course is based on a tried and successful format but there is considerable flexibility to suit an individual clients’ needs.
Michael’s unique training style combines more than 25 years of extensive experience and wisdom with the latest knowledge of communication psychology.
Courses are usually held in groups as this makes for better training. Delegates learn from each other and a positive ‘group dynamic’ develops. However, one-to-one training is frequently conducted for senior people who cannot spare more than a few hours, or where confidentiality is a major concern.
The venue can be either at the client’s premises or at an outside location such as a hotel, broadcast studio or dedicated training centre.
